Anticipated for release in September of 2008, SHARP is an integrated software suite merging data and applications to provide a single source for users to search, share, assess and collaborate over data.

SHARP'S information management system provides a centralized source for business intelligence and analytics, research, collaboration, social networking, and content management. SHARP assists companies with managing projects, sharing and collaborating over research data, and maintaining secure files and documents through customized role-based permissions.

Confluent Data Systems, Inc. provides SHARP as a hosted, Software as a Service, Solution; the software and underlying enterprise-level Oracle™ database are managed on our servers in our network operations center. As a web-based information management system, packaged within industry strength security, SHARP offers corporations, research communities and academic institutions an extremely secure and readily available solution that does not require additional hardware or resources to maintain.
